If you're already bored of root veg and kale, and feeling the chill of the shortening days, then this is the event is for you!

Summer and harvest time get a lot of attention in the farming and kitchen worlds, but with a bit of creativity, winter can be just as gratifying. I'll be talking to Camil from Inner City Farms about the philosophy of farming within city limits, as well sharing our favourite ways to cook up winter veg. This is a rare opportunity to chat with both chef and farmer at an intimate setting in East Vancouver.

Join us for wine and talks at 6pm, and a five course family style vegetarian dinner (and more wine!) at 7pm.
